The DEN

 

Welcome to The Den.

The Den is a small training space built around functional fitness — training that improves the way you move, lift, breathe, and perform in everyday life. We focus on real movements like squatting, hinging, pushing, pulling, and carrying, all designed to build strength, conditioning, and resilience that carries outside the gym.

Inside The Den you’ll train using tools like the Echo bike, rower, pull-up rig, barbells, kettlebells, and more. Every workout is fully scalable, meaning whether you’re just starting out or have years of experience, the training is adjusted to meet you where you are.

We may be a small space, but we’re building something bigger — a strong, supportive community that moves with purpose. Thank you for choosing to grow with us and be part of The Den.

Our Mission

 

We strive to lead with broad inclusivity, creating a fitness environment where people of all backgrounds feel welcomed, loved, supported, and safe. We unite and empower individuals through education, connection, and purposeful movement so everyone can grow and maintain their best possible self.

From Our Lead Coach/Founder

 

Discovering, and falling in love with routine, functional fitness in 2019, at one of the lowest points of my life...I promised that if I ever rebuilt my strength and positive mindset, that I would use it to help others find theirs.

My empathy for the physical and mental state of the world is what drives me. I’m here to awaken, elevate, and lead people into becoming—and staying—healthy, no matter who they are or where they come from.

My mother taught me to love all people. My first fitness community took me in and showed me the same, love all people. That lesson became my foundation and it will not change.

I believe the best fitness spaces create real physical and emotional safety—for EVERYONE. A place where the chaos of the world stops at the barbell, the sweat, and the fist bumps after the work is done.

That is the culture I stand for. That is the culture I will align to.

That is the culture I build.
